Return Policy

30 Day Return PolicyOur Policy is easy:  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order for up to 30 days after you receive your shipment. If you are not satisfied with your item, we will do our best to make it right.

Return to the address on your packing slip (Tropical Breeze Decor, 5704 Roxbury Rd, Shippensburg PA 17257) - Please include your contact info and order number and or a copy of the packing slip.

We do not process exchanges. You must return your item and reorder a new item.

Returns for all reasons (other than Damage or Incorrect Item Shipped)

  • We do NOT give return labels. You will be responsible for buying a return postage.
  • Items can be returned up to 30 Days. Sorry, no returns after 30 days.
  • Our 30 day return policy starts from the date your item was delivered.  The item must be back in our possession within 30 days from then.
  • The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Merchandise must be free of scents (cigarette, perfume, and pet).

Returns due to Shipment Damage or Shipment of an Incorrect Item

  • You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment (below) and request a return authorization.
  • We must authorize your return and supply a return label; if you simply send the item back without notifying us, than shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • In certain cases, we may request pictures of the item in question.
  • We will require you to pack the item into a shipping box. Please be sure you pack the item so that it does not become more damaged.
  • All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect or misuse.
  • We do not consider a color variation to be a product defect. Monitors and screens display colors differently; no two screens are exactly alike.

Shipping Policy

Orders leave our warehouse within 1 business day.

We may substitute (at no charge in shipping cost to you) a faster method of shipping, for example you choose Parcel Post, we may decide to ship by Priority or First Class or FedEx since these are faster. If you choose First Class we may ship by Parcel Select.

U.S. Shipping. We ship items using USPS and FedEx. We list approximate delivery times as a guideline provided by the Postal Service. The below times are not guaranteed as the post office does have delivery issues from time to time.

  • Economy Shipping / Parcel Post / SmartPost - Transit time is generally 10 or more business days.
  • First Class - Transit time is generally 3-5 days to mainland USA.
  • USPS Priority Mail / FedEx Home / FedEx Ground- Transit time is generally 3-5 business days.
  • USPS Express Mail / FedEx Express - Transit time is generally 2 business days.

International shipping is limited. Orders for merchandise less than $25 may be cancelled.  We ship to Australia, Virgin Islands US, & United Kingdom - if your country is not listed than we may not ship to you. If the shipping cost charged does not cover the actual cost then we may contact you for the extra cost. First Class Mail International will usually take 10  to 14 business days. Priority Mail International will usually take 6-10 business days.
