Starting in 1980 the "Capitol Earth Rugs" company has offered eco-friendly, 100% natural jute fiber coasters imported from Bangladesh. These coasters are braided, jute makes a strong material for them. The jute fiber is beautiful, strong and durable. Earth Rugs has a unique quilt patch braid design. The coasters are sewn together as they did 100 years ago.
